What is included?
One-on-One Sessions
When you sign-up for our personal coaching, you are not only getting coaches who are passionate about seeing parents successful in dealing with destructive behaviors, but also compassionate individuals who genuinely care about helping you implement positive changes in your home. Our coaches go above and beyond to ensure your convenience and flexibility, offering both in-person and Zoom sessions to accommodate your busy schedule. During these sessions, you will have ample opportunity to ask questions, express concerns, and actively participate in developing a personalized plan to address your child's out-of-control behaviors. Furthermore, our coaches provide unwavering support and guidance throughout your journey, empowering you with the tools and resources necessary to bring about meaningful and lasting change within your family dynamic.Location

Meet Our Coaches

Rob Evans
Rob, an Addictions Counseling degree holder, served for twenty-three years as a probation officer for Hamilton County Department of Probation Services in Indiana. With 23 years of experience, he focused on working with youth and their families. Currently, Rob devotes himself to assisting parents with challenging kids. He has taught Parent Project® programs for over 10 years and currently trains other trainers for the national office of Parent Project®. With abundant experience dealing with strong-willed children, both personally and professionally, he is passionate about helping families thrive.

Tracy Zachary
Tracy, a special education teacher with 24 years of experience, holds degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education from Ball State University. She has worked at one school throughout her career. As a mother of six boys, one biological and five adopted from foster care, Tracy joined a Parent Project class, in February 2019, for support. Parent Project restored peace and structure to their home, inspiring Tracy to spread the word and help others find the same.
